As one would expect, Audi manages servicing of customers’ cars efficiently and promptly. Having checked in and left, the team keep one well informed, phoning and/or texting with timings and progress. Sadly, as a side-effect of Coronavirus, one no longer has the pleasure of returning to an impeccably washed and polished car! I miss this hugely. June 2022 Had an oil change service last week. It was carried out as efficiently as one would hope from Audi (and in keeping with the cost, which is pretty high!). The technician even spotted a missing wheel lock key (missing when I first bought the car), which I must sort out. I returned to pick up my car at 5.30, was looked after by a really excellent member of the team, Emma. She should be in Sales! Very straightforward to talk to, unpatronising, knows every detail of the cars she works with. Impressive. Then I had the pleasure of getting into my car which looked great - fabulously clean and shiny, inside as well as outside. It hasn’t looked this good since the day I bought it. Excellent customer service. September 2026 I have just bought a new A3. Excellent service, as I have come to expect. An excellent team at Finchley Road, person to person communication is the only way I want to carry out a transaction of this sort. Helpful, kind, efficient and professional. I had such a fantastic experience working with Jack M at Audi Finchley Road. I went in at the end of August hoping to secure a Q3 having had my previous one from 2015 - 2026! Jack was helpful, not pushy, really good with the details and made me feel really comfortable as someone who came alone to purchase a car. From the first meeting, until purchase and then helping with an error that occurred within the month - Jack was super responsive and communicative via email and everything was sorted and finalised yesterday. I felt compelled to write a review as I had such a good experience. Thanks Jack - love the decisions I have made about my new car.

Avoid Finchley Audi. Before collecting my Audi Q3, I specifically requested a walkaround video to check that agreed work—including scratch repairs and brand-new tyres—was done. In the video, salesperson Adam Etienne explicitly confirmed the car came with new tyres. Despite this, their own health check showed a front tyre left at 5.6mm (worn). When I raised this within my 30-day window, the Sales Manager dismissed the video proof and disrespectfully told me: "If you want new tyres, buy a brand-new car." Falsely confirming work on video to secure a sale breaches the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008. Because they refuse to honour their promise or authorise my local branch (Watford Audi) to fix it, I am escalating a Section 56 Misrepresentation Claim to VWFS, The Motor Ombudsman, and Trading Standards. Zero accountability.

Chris was helpful, knowledgeable, and completely professional throughout the process, without ever putting any pressure on me. His calm, caring, and capable approach made the entire experience seamless from start to finish. Although I live an hour’s drive from Finchley Road, I would not hesitate to return to Chris when it is time to replace this car. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, capable, and efficient salesperson who genuinely makes the buying experience straightforward and stress free.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Finchley Road Audi carries out thorough checks and carefully considers their options before committing to a purchase. Unfortunately, my experience with Finchley Road Audi has been extremely disappointing. Having purchased a new vehicle, I encountered an issue within just a few days of taking delivery. This was particularly frustrating given that I had made what I expected to be a significant and reassuring purchase from an Audi dealership. The vehicle was subsequently inspected by a qualified Audi technician at Watford Audi, and I have included the diagnostic report for reference. I have also retained and included correspondence from the sales manager, Ahmed, regarding the matter. I believe these documents provide useful context and allow prospective customers to draw their own conclusions. What has been most disappointing is not simply the issue with the vehicle, but the overall experience and the way the matter has been handled. When purchasing a new vehicle from an established Audi dealership, you naturally expect a high level of professionalism, communication and customer care. Unfortunately, my experience has fallen well short of those expectations. In contrast, my dealings with the team at Watford Audi have been noticeably more positive. I have found them to be approachable, professional, helpful and considerably more customer-focused. I am sharing this review because I believe prospective customers should have the opportunity to consider experiences such as mine before making what can be a substantial financial commitment. I am not suggesting that everyone will have the same experience, and ultimately the decision is yours. However, based on what I have experienced, I would urge anyone considering Finchley Road Audi to carry out their own due diligence, ask questions, and make sure they are completely satisfied with both the vehicle and the level of after-sales support before proceeding. For me, this has been a deeply disappointing experience and certainly not the standard of service I expected when purchasing a new Audi.

Lewis was amazingly helpful and always a complete pleasure to deal with - we would recommend him to anyone and everyone! He was always thinking one step ahead about what he could do next to make our Customer experience quicker and better - this whole process was easy, smooth and even enjoyable working with Lewis!
